Background on World AIDS Day themes

World AIDS Campaign set a strategy from 2005 - 2010 to make sure that leaders and decision makers prove their promises about AIDS including including the provision of universal access to prevention, treatment care and support by 2010 .

During This Strategy, Themes are selected according to time, regions and issues .
